Who is Whistler Transit?

Whistler Transit is a subsidiary of Pacific Western Transportation (PWT) which is a privately held company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta that has operated Transit, School Bus, Coach and Charter Coach services for over 50 years. Whistler Transit Service operates transit services in the Whistler, Squamish and Pemberton area under contract to B.C. Transit. Whistler Transit has been contracted by B.C. Transit to operate and manage the operations of the Whistler portion of the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. This will include servicing the bulk of the outdoor events, including Alpine and Nordic ski events (cross country, biathlon, ski jumping), Bobsled, and Luge.
